    TCR Policies

    The Color Room’s number one priority is the satisfaction of our guests. We are committed to always exceed expectations.

    The artistic team at The Color Room takes pride in using their skill sets to meet every client’s unique needs.

    Unsatisfied Clients

    If at any time you are unhappy with your service, The Color Room would like to have the opportunity to redo your services, free of charge, within 14 days from the date of your service.

    The Color Room will not refund any money for services rendered. Our guests are welcomed back to see their original artist or another Color Room artist.

    Redo’s cannot be applied if a guest decides to change their look from their originally scheduled appointment. All additional requested services will be charged at full price.

    The Color Room will not be liable for hair color services rendered outside of our salon and will not be responsible for redo’s if the guest does not follow the proper at home hair care suggested by their artist. 

    Product Returns and Exchanges

    We provide our guests with the latest, most advanced retail products in the industry. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the store it was purchased from -within 7 days- for an exchange of product or store credit. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on brushes, discounted items or Gift Cards.

    Pricing

    The service prices may vary depending on thickness, length, condition, inspiration etc. For more information, please call to book an in-person consultation at no charge.

    Advertising 

    The Color Room regularly uses social media to promote our services as a form of advertising. If you prefer not to participate, please be sure to inform the manager, front desk, or stylist.

    Children 

    For safety and insurance purposes, unless a child is scheduled for a service, please allow them to wait in the designated waiting area away from harmful objects and chemicals.

    Cancellation & Appointment Policy 

    We understand that your schedules change and you will have to cancel or reschedule your appointments. However, we ask you to read our policy below to understand all booking and cancellation procedures for our company.

    For all appointments booked over the phone or online, you will be required to add your credit card information to secure your appointment. Nothing is charged at time of booking. It is simply to hold on your account in case of the following actions do occur:

    Cancellation policy: If you cancel 24 hours or more, prior to your appointment, no fees or charges will occur. Text message reminders and calls from our front desk are sent 48 hours prior to your booking.

    Same-day policy: Changing or canceling your appointment within 24 hours, will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked. We may also require a deposit while booking your next appointment; which will be used towards your future service.

    No-show policy: If you fail to show up to your appointment, TCR has the right to charge 100% of the service(s) booked and you will not be able to book appointments at TCR in the future.  

    Late policy: If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, TCR will not be able to accommodate your service(s) as we run on a strict, timely schedule. TCR has the right to charge 100% of the service(s) booked and TCR will require a deposit for all future appointments booked.

    Corrective color: Corrective color and major color changes require an in person consultation BEFORE booking and a $150 deposit will be required to secure the appointment with our artist. 

    Please note: The Color Room reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason at any time.
