The Color Room is looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, one who can multitask, and think on their feet. Responsibilities include scheduling clients on our salon software, answering phone calls and emails, checking clients in and out, inventory, and general salon upkeep. The ideal candidate should be friendly, confident, punctual, and professional.
Experience in hair or beauty is a plus, but not required. If you’re new to the industry, you must be willing to learn the ins and outs of the business and grow your knowledge on a daily basis. We’re seeking a person that’s goal oriented and motivated, someone who consistently works on improving and learning.
The Color Room is a new concept of salons focusing on hair coloring treatments and services. Our boutique model allows us to hire the best of the best in the industry and create an experience for clients that stands out from the competition. Our team of artists are professional, fashion forward and have a hard work ethic to provide the best results for our clientele. Accommodating our guests and consistency is the main value that we take on within our company.
Must be able to work weekends and a full time schedule. Must be flexible with schedule and understand you may be called into work 24 hours before shift in case of employee calling out.
