What inspired you to become a hairstylist?
I was always an art kid - I’d skip all my other classes to go to the art room and paint. I was oddly good at chemistry too. I had planned on going to art school but this just made more sense.

What is your favorite thing about being an artist at TCR?
It’s always something different. I very rarely get the exact same thing. I could be booked back to back highlights and yet everyone and every style is completely unique in request. Usually at previous salons everything would always be the exact same thing all day every day.

Favorite color trend and favorite service ?
I’m digging this different colored extreme money piece/ halo placement. It’s so cute and easy and just a little pop of something fun and different. My favorite service to do is definitely blonding services. I live for any blonde whether it’s icy or warm.

What celebrity is your ultimate hair icon/inspiration?
Hillary Duff. Sounds weird but she’s always a surprise. One day she’s stay-at-home mom highlight blonde, next day she’s 50 shades of mermaid blue. I love her spontaneity and how she can make the craziest colors look so natural.

What is your Go-To hair product you can’t live without?
A leave-in conditioner. I can not wash my hair without out spraying a detangler in it.
For me it’s Oribe's Run-Through detangling primer. It’s smoothing and light, and also has a heat protectant in it.

Best general hair advice you could give to almost anyone?
Leave the coloring to the professionals! 💯

Fun fact! What’s something interesting about you?
I absolutely love to cook. If I didn’t do hair I would totally be a chef.
