Our program aims to develop a community of young women who want to learn more about marketing and build resume-building experience working alongside TCR's owner. In exchange for the ambassador spreading awareness of the brand, they receive incentives such as money towards products and in-salon treatments.

Our ambassadors use their creativity and online presence as a way to share our salon with others. After being a part of the year-long program, ambassadors will walk out with experience, references and an overall better understanding of beauty industry marketing. (and good hair of course!)
